Claim refund of Microsoft azure purchase

Det har blivit en felaktig betalning till Microsoft Azure den 23 februari 2024. Jag vill avbeställa/avbryta köpet så att jag kan få tillbaka mina pengar (13800 SEK). Ärendet är polisanmält och min bank (Nordea) har startat en utredning. Tacksam för återbetalning så att jag får mina pengar tillbaka.

    Hi Mila,

    You should open a new Billing Support Request. Below is link to open new billing support request in portal:

    https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_CostManagement/Menu/~/support/openedBy/AzurePortal

    It will look similar to below sample screenshot:
