    Hi,

Did this problem appear in specific code?

Try to create a new Excel with simple code to open the Word document and check if this problem is still existed.

You can also create a new administrator account in Windows and test if this is related to the permission:

Make sure you have installed the latest updates for Office.

    Hi, Emi Zhang,

I will try to search whether the problem appear in specific code, it will need a lot of time, as I have many code.

I once hope the debug procedure will halt at the specific code to give more clue when the problem recurs , but the crash situation always does not locate the fault code.

Is there any clue in the Fault offset: 0x0069ab3f of 0xC0000005?

    Thanks a lot.
