Exchange server was restarted, IIS reset was done, Rebinding of certificates was done since then facing below problem. Prior to this migration was going on smootly and hybrid configuration was working as expected.
Updating existing Migration endpoint or Creating new endpoint using Remote server URL results in below error:
Reunning Hybrid configuration wizards fails at "Validating Hybrid Agent for Exchange Usage":
Migration batches getting failed, even though credentials used for migraiton endpoint is same as before when the migration was going on without any issues:
Creating new endpoint using FQDN works but when Remote server URL is used it fails which is required for modern hybrid topology I guess.
As you described, the previous migrations were working normally without any changes, but suddenly you encountered a problem, and you have already completed the relevant basic troubleshooting. It is very suspected that it may be a background reason. You can check whether it is in the service health.

Did you follow Yuki's suggestion to check it in IIS Manager and see if Negotiate provider is present under Windows Authentication?
