My MSDN subscription is disabled in Cost Management + Billing in Azure Portal

Hello,

I cannot use the monthly credit from MSDN enterprise subscription since it is disabled. Could you please help me resolving this issue? Please see the following screen dump.

    It may be to protect you from incurring for charges beyond your free/credit assigned limit. Did you try to upgrade your subscription to see if that works? It should let use freely post that action.
