I have a scenario where I have an Oracle fusion AD we have users that are created in oracle fusion ad of employees in the company
On-prem AD is a primary AD that is used for the Exit of employees in each department. In Azure AD has O365 . I explored sites and blogs on-prem ad can be connected through Azure ad by Azure ad connect but in my scenario. Whenever I make any changes in Oracle Fusion AD that should be reflected in the on-prem ad as well as Azure AD. What should I do in this scenario kindly gentleman Guide please post ur suggestions,like links, blogs

I understand that you have 3 identity repositories:
- Oracle Fusion AD (or identity for Oracle Application Cloud?)
- Azure AD
- Microsoft (on-prem) AD
AD Connect can be used to sync identities from #3 to #2. Do you want to sync identities from #1 to #3?
