I am a subscriber of microsoft 365. Recently my applications (excel, power point, word, etc) all stopped allowing me to save or edit the documents. I am on Macbook air, Sonoma 14.3.1. I have deleted all apps and reinstalled them. Restarted everything. Basically all of the simple steps and it still does not work. Please help. It shows my account when opening these apps, however, they say i can still activate them but when I click it nothing happens. I did not have this problem until about 2 weeks ago.
