(I apologize if I entered the wrong tag) I recently reformatted my C Drive due to slow performance. Prior to the reformat, I had been using my previous school's Microsoft account on my computer for three years. However, after rebooting, I switched to my current school's Microsoft account. Despite not reformatting my hard drive, the files on it are still associated with my old account which I do not have access any longer. As a result, I'm unable to modify any folders, despite trying various solutions found on YouTube. How can I resolve this issue?
