SSRS 2019 - SAN URL configuration not working

Hello,
I have a requirement to configure SSRS 2019 for two URLs with the same SSL certificate. The certificate has two SAN(Subject Alternative Name) under certificate details. However, after adding the URLs be following steps provided in following link "https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/report-server-sharepoint/configure-reporting-services-to-use-a-subject-alternative-name?view=sql-server-ver16". I am getting "There were too many redirections. Error Code: INET_E_REDIRECT_FAILED" for one of the URL, which other URL is working fine.
Note: Both URLs are using the same port number
Has anyone face similar issue and got the fix for it? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! for helping.
