So assuming i enable 16MB support on my account. Do i need to do any kind of DB migration?
As i understand it will prevent me from using continuous backup but i wonder if i can simply switch it on and proceed with documents previously dropped by 2MB restriction?

Hi, @Grzegorz Gruszecki Welcome to Microsoft Q&A thanks for posting your question.

Enabling 16MB support on your Azure Cosmos DB account does not require any database migration. you can now insert documents over the 2MB limit.
