Could you please tell me:
Are you unable to access the New Teams desktop client?
Can you log into the Teams web client?
Some users may currently be unable to access the New Teams desktop client due to a temporary issue with Microsoft.
Currently users can still use the Microsoft Teams classic desktop client to retain access to service features. Additionally, clearing the cache or restarting the new Microsoft Teams desktop client will alleviate this issue.
The Teams product team is preparing to deploy the fix, and it is expected that the fix deployment will be completed and the impact will be fixed around Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
