I had $15.00 reward from purchases of Microsoft products. I chose to use it for Amazon credits. I do not use Paypal. I can not find the credit on my Amazon account. Where is it?

Purchased Microsoft products in Novermber 2023 and was rewarded $15.00. I asked that it be sent to my Amazon account as I do not use Paypal. I have not received it.
