Hello,

We are in the process of upgrading our Windows 10 to Windows 11. Our Windows 11 clean install testing has an issue with RSAT tool. I have installed RSAT on Windows 11 23H2 Enterprise, and cannot find the RSAT tool under Windows 11 start menu like other previous version of Windows (i.e Windows 10, 7).

Thanks for your help.

    Hello brichardi,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Do you mean you cannot see RSAT tool under Windows 11 start menu on all the Windows 11 23H2 Enterprise?

Or the problem only occurs on one Windows 11 23H2 Enterprise?

1.Please check if you click "All apps", can you see the RSAT tool?

    User's image

2.Please check can you search the RSAT tool or any one of the RSAT tool via Search.

3.Please check can you open the RSAT tool or any one of the RSAT tool and use them successfully.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou

You can locate them with search and then pin them to Start Menu or taskbar.
