Problem connecting LDP.exe client to connect to the secure LDAP server in Azure

Hi!
I have followed the following guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-domain-services/tutorial-configure-ldaps to setup secure LDAPs, but when reaching the section connecting LDP.exe client to connect to the secure LDAP server setup in Azure, I'll get can't open connection. I would like some help checking what is causing this issue.
