I appiled a AZ900 Fundamentals exam i having issue on that can you please help me?

I encountered an issue prior to taking the AZ900 exam. The reason was related to identity authentication. I provided a government-issued identity card, but the exam monitor insisted that the identity card should be in PVC format. He provided a case number and customer support number for further assistance. Upon contacting customer support, they assured me that the matter would be resolved. Please assist me in rescheduling my exam.
