Windows 10 | Windows display language is greyed out

Hi,

I am not able to change the display language from English UK to English US. It is grayed out.

If you look at the above screenshot highlighted in RED, those are disabled. Choosing English US in add language is greyed out.

Please help

Hi,

Have your PC joined any domain? There might be some group policies to prevent user from changing the language.

You can run "gpresult /h gpresult.html", the file will be saved under C drive.

If the PC is not domain joined, please check if you have configured policies under below path.

Local group policy>User configuration>Administrative Templates>Control Panel>Regional and Language Options
