If my phone beeaks how do I access my authenticator?

This is a hypothetical question. But this did happen to me in past but with a different 2fa app. Since I'm on the Microsoft authenticator how can I add another device as a backup if my phone breaks? Can I add the authenticator on pc?

Choose another option if the phone is not avail. Make sure you have those other options enabled in your account at:

https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
In other words, you can have a different phone number already set in case of an issue
