How to recover Microsoft Office Specialist certificates?

Years ago I got certified on Word, Power Point and Acces Microsoft Office Specialist at school. They gave me only the digital certifications, but I want to recover them. I found an ID and password that they gave me in that time, I tried to sign up but it says that it is expired.
