Unabe to Connect Azure fileShare with our mobile network. Is that possible?

Hi,

I was trying to connect Azure FileShare with a Mobile network but was unable to mount the FileShare via a Mobile Network. Why we are unable to connect.

Network traffic is denied if the virtual network (VNET) and firewall rules are configured on the storage account, unless the client IP address or virtual network is allow-listed.

• Ensure that virtual network and firewall rules are properly configured on the storage account.
• To test if these rules are causing the issue, temporarily allow access from all networks to verify connectivity by changing the setting on the storage account to Allow access from all networks. To learn more, see Configure Azure Storage firewalls and virtual networks.

Please share the exact error you see. You can refer to this Troubleshooting guide and try the suggestions recommended based on the error you are seeing.

Solution: Customer shared - "I have resolved that issue via a Private Link. Now I can connect the fileshare to any network via a VPN."
