Office365 E5 developer subscription has been deactivated

Question

Hello,

I'm facing an issue with my Microsoft 365 E5 subscription, which I created in January 2023. After few mail stating "CONGRATULATIONS: Your Microsoft 365 trial developer subscription has been renewed" now abruptly all Office programs have stopped working (due to the license). I'm not an expert of this kind of stuff and I need this license for personal studies and development purposes (especially on Excel).

When I try to open the one of the Office's suite programs, it asks me to log in (Sign In or Create Account - I have a product key). After attempting to sign in (input my mail, passw, MFA), it shows me

and after hitting Continue, this other error appears

In Account Settings on Excel, I can see this situation

but again if i hit "Update License" it asks me to log in, going back to the error I pasted above.

Lastly, in the Dev Center, when I try to navigate to My Dashboard page, this is what I get:

I'm unable to provide other information since I don't know where to search, but any help would be appreciated
