How can I link the certification profile if the exam was requested through a gmail-account?

Question

I requested the exam through my gmail-account, this is also where I got the confirmation mails.

Now that I have the certification I cannot find it on my Microsoft-account from work, and I cannot link my certification profile since it isn't a Windows account.

I applied for the exam through PearsonVUE.

Is there a way to link these accounts?

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Hello First of all, thank you for using Microsoft Q/A.

Of course you can connect your account by following the instructions below.

You should access https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/ and then go to "settings"

on the right pane, select "Account Management"

Select "Add Account" and update Certificate account in your profile.

you should pay attention to this, you should go to settings from your corporate mail address and add your certificate account there.
