Onedrive storage not changing once deleting files

Question

Hi all,

I have users who are deleting files which are large and the space in the left corner or admin centre are not changing?

Any ideas?

Hi,

How long has it been since it was deleted?

Did you log out again and log in again?

I suggest you check if the recycle bin is emptied, the recycle bin also takes up storage.
