Hi Community
Is it possible to receive real-time notification of incoming PSTN calls in Microsoft Teams with the Microsoft Graph Api?
When a PSTN call comes in, i would like to read the caller's information to send it to a service-desk application. I know that I can get the information via callrecords. But this is to late. I need the information during the call. Is there a solution for this use case that i have missed so far?
I would be very grateful for any help.
