Azure 500 exam result

Question

Hello, I still cannot see the result of my exam in the portal. I need access to my results to reappear in the exam or to focus on other preparation. Please note my exam order number 0069-8166-2953, AZ-500 and Candidate ID MS0994795154. I also need access to my Pearson Vue account. Please assist me with these two issues. Thank you.
