    Hi @shpetim

    This isn't the best forum for a request such as this. The best course of action would be to create a support request and select Billing as the support type. You don't need to have an Azure account to submit the request. You can either use a Microsoft Account (MSA) or GitHub Account. That team should be able to provide you further clarity on Azure availability of exisiting offers.
