How to I add an extra text line in the New Item form in the Sharepoint List

When I am adding a new item.. I want to prompt the user to fill certain sections of the form when creating a new item as compared to updating an item

How do I add a line of text at the start of the form.

Thank you for posting in this community.I would like to introduce you to a very nice SharePoint feature: JSON formatting. We can use it to add some content at the start of the form.
