Acumatica Issue Azure error AADSTS500113

I had to renew the Azure secret for the Acumatica App and now am receiving the error AADSTS500113.

Correlation Id: de453ce3-8cc7-435d-8ac7-48d5d868e815

Timestamp: 2024-03-13T14:47:26Z

Message: AADSTS500113: No reply address is registered for the application.

Since this was not part of the original setup in Acumatica, I am unsure as to how I should proceed. The Return URL is the same as it had been. So there are no changes needed on it. All I updated was the Secret Value.

I could use some help on this. Thank you in advance.
