Add Header & Trailer Records to Access Table

Good day,

I'm relatively new to access queries and was tasked with preparing a csv file for a client.

I got a csv file without the Header & Trailer Records and I need to add it to the file.

I have imported the csv file into access as a table but am unsure as to how to continue to add the header & trailer records to the table before exporting it again as csv.

The Header Record should contain the Header record ID, date, file name and the detail record count.

The Trailer Record should contain the trailer record ID, date, file name and detail record count.

How would I go about adding these records to my existing table?

Should I create 3 different tables with this info and then merge it somehow?
