@Nathan Plato Thanks for reaching out. I verified the backend logs and could see the you're trying to create the Eventgrid subscription and subscription creation fails with below error

Exception: failed due to InvalidMsiValidationException, errorMessage=An invalid managed identity was found for event subscription: evh-xxxxxxx-001. Please make sure the associated resource (topic, system topic, domain etc) is already assigned an appropriate identity before creating the event subscription.

Can you please enable the system identity in system topic's "Identity" portal tab and try again?
