When will Zone-redundant Availability for Managed Instance Business Critical be enabled in West Europe

According to the documentation is the Zone-redundant Availability for Managed Instance Business Critical not yet supported in West Europe. Will this feature come to Azure zone West Europe and if so: what is the ETA?

We are extremely sorry about the inconvenience.

West Europe region is currently not available for SQL MI ZR due to internal issue.

There is no ETA decided yet. We will keep you posted over the Roadmap/Release Notes documentation page.

I would recommend you to raise support case if they can help in exclusive enablement.
