Trouble Launching Cloudpaging Player on Windows 11 ARM process using Parallels Desktop on Mac

Hello,
I am working off an Apple M3 Pro Macbook Pro, and using Parallels Desktop, which is running Windows 11 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor, as there is an application I need for work that only runs on PC. we uses the AppsAnywhere platform to host the software, and when I got to download the application, the installs faces an error when trying to install Cloudpaging Player.
My IT admin team say it is because my new MacBook is a silicon0based processor.
There has to be a fix for this, can someone help?

Leon Walsh 0 Reputation points2024-04-26T10:13:11.02+00:00 AppsAnywhere is fully compatible with Windows 11 ARM, however Cloudpaging which is the technology used to deliver the Windows apps currently does not support ARM architecture. This compatibility issue is likely the cause of the installation errors you are encountering.
An alternative method to use the Windows-only app on your Mac involves utilising virtual desktop infrastructure. I would suggest talking with your IT admin to suggest alternative ways of using this application.
