How to remove entries from Portal Settings | Directories + subscriptions

I have been invited to work on multiple client Azure environments over the years. When I login I can see a fairly long list of accounts (not all of them currently active). There is no way to simply remove an unwanted entry from this page. How do I do it. I was invited by the account owners. Should I not be able to revoke my own invitation to another's subscription if I choose. Two of them are no longer active with the client so I cant ask them to remove me. Please advise. And if there is no way for me (the consultant) to do this easily please fix this page and add a "Remove Association" or something to that effect for subscriptions you were "Invited" to work on.

Also, there are some organizations that doesn't allow them to leave by themself:

Why can’t I leave an organization?

In the Home organization section, there's no link to Leave your organization. Only an administrator can remove your account from your home organization.

For the external organizations listed under Other organizations you collaborate with, you might not be able to leave on your own, for example when:

• the organization you want to leave doesn’t allow users to leave by themselves
• your account has been disabled

In these cases, you can select Leave, but then you'll see a message saying you need to contact the admin or privacy contact for that organization to ask them to remove you.
