Unable to register for DP100

am trying to register for DP100 with 50% company discount and failed to complete it due to my debit card not working during payment options. When ever I attempt to sign-up for an exam, I keep receiving the error message

"There was an issue scheduling your exam. Please try again later, or if the problem persists, contact support." We can’t access your Microsoft certification profile because it is blocked. Please contact [Microsoft Learning - Security Team] My discount coupon also not working now as my company mail id already linked to my account. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
