Authenticator App Notifications Not Working

My Authenticator App is not working anymore as it is showing the error „App Notifications not working“ although they are turned on on my iPhone. What can I do to fix this?

    Have you configured a backup for this earlier? if so, you can restore it without any issues. If not, you will have to reach out to your IT admin/support team to reset your MFA and then with the new security code try to re-add the account.
