Linking Microsoft accounts is no longer supported:

What you can do instead is create an alias and logon with that:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-or-remove-an-email-alias-in-outlook-com-459b1989-356d-40fa-a689-8f285b13f1f2

hi I have problem I cant connect my previous account with the new account, my previous email was  amna-mh.alkaabi@moe.gov.ae and my new  email is amna-mh.alkaabi@ese.gov.ae I contact with help desk in my institution but they said the previous email closed and the only way to connect it with my new email
