Unable to deploy GPT-4 model in East US region due to quota issue

I'm experiencing issues deploying GPT-4 and GPT-4-32k models in the East US region. Despite not having exceeded the quota, the deployment is still failing. Can someone assist me?

    Please select Standard Deployment Type OR add Quota for the Managed that you have selected :

    qqrt4

    When you create the deployment select Advanced and lower the Tokens to say 5k

    What is the result ?

    When selecting Provisioned Throughput you need to enable Quota

    qqrt4

    Otherwise you can change the deployment type to standard
