Unable to deploy new model

Question

Error- no enough quota even there is still a lot. I want to deploy a new deployment of GPT-4, but it now not works. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out to us, please check on the page to see if your region now is supported for the model you want to deploy, please be aware that the regions supported by Azure are changing from time to time.
