Hi, I am not able to use the VM, I had this error message:
"Your account or connection was flagged for unusual activity. Because of this we've suspended your access to the [lab environment]. If you think we've made an error, you can submit an appeal to regain access."
I already open an appeal sin more than 36 hours and is not fixed yet.
Your appeal has been received. Appeals are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, and may take several days to process. If your appeal is approved, you will regain access to sandboxes and other interactive learning resources.
Can you please help?

We tried from our end, it's working fine for us. Kindly refer the below screenshot. Please follow the lab instructions, whatever mentioned in the right side when you launched the Lab.

Hi,
I just clean the cache and browser history all times, I still not able, appears the following.
"Your account or connection was flagged for unusual activity. Because of this we've suspended your access to the [lab environment]. If you think we've made an error, you can submit an appeal to regain access."
The lab on my account is suspended.
"This can happen when the automated fraud system detects potential misuse of the platform, for example, banned code, unexpected actions outside of the lab activities, or high resource utilization. Once banned, all Microsoft Learn sandbox activations will be blocked. Use the Appeal button to submit a review request. Our fraud team will verify the lab activity and unblock the sandbox within 24-36 hours if the appeal is successful."
I created the appeal more than 5 days ago, can you check the appeal in my account with the fraud team?
It takes some time meanwhile if you want to try to complete the exercise, please login with new account in new browser try if that works.

I already log in with new account.
To troubleshoot the issue, please follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Sign out of all tabs in your current browser and clear the cache files. Then, attempt to log in again using your Learn ID credentials.
Step 2: Sign out of the current browser session and try logging in using an incognito window or in-private window.
Step 3: Switch to a different browser and attempt to log in again.
Step 4: Log in with a new personal email account into the Learn path using a completely new browser.
As a temporary workaround until the sandbox is unblocked by our backend team, we recommend creating a new personal Microsoft email account (Outlook/Hotmail) and log in with the newly created email account into the Learn path using a completely new browser to check for the issue.
Additionally, we suggest creating a free trial subscription using the following link: Azure Free Trial. This will allow you to perform the exercises of Microsoft Learn in your own subscription. Kindly follow the guidelines mentioned in the below link to complete the exercises in your own subscription:

Please ensure to delete the resources after completing the exercises in the module.

Thanks for your help, the only way was creating a new outlook account to make the labs and also needed to be work account since with personal account some labs have restrictions.
