Forgotten password and Autheticator won't work

I can't use my Microsoft account, because I have forgotten my password.

My account asks the code from Authenticator which isn't working whit my account.

My Microsoft account is linked to my children's accounts an that why I need to get my own account to work soon as possible. I'm sending this question from my other account, but it wont solve the problem, only I can contact with from this way.

Please help me to get my other account working so I can accept my children's accounts request and repare my own OneDrive. Please help.
