For the error message, I have done some research, there are the possible reasons you can check.
1.It may relate to .intunewin package, please download the latest Microsoft Win32 Content Prep Tool version, and try to pack it and deploy it again.

2.The errors are normally network related, either issues on upload, or more likely on download, please test on a different network, hotspot or similar.
If it still appears error unzipping download content, please provide us the information below:
1.Which app you downloaded and want to deploy, and the app download path.
2.How you configure the app deployment profile. Please check above information, if there is any unclear, feel free to contact me.
