Dear Team,

I am trying to schedule my exam for AZ-900 exam to give the test from home. I logged into my Microsoft account and then clicking on schedule exam through Pearson VAU. Getting the below error.

" We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam: •Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
•Clear all cache and cookies
•Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge "

Tried all the options suggested but still same issue. Checked with Pearson VAU support and they suggested to check with Microsoft as they don't have any issue at their end.

I am using my person laptop which has the latest browser, used it in inprivate option.
Please help me to schedule my exam

    Hi @Reshma DSouza (CIS) ,

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).

You can ask the experts in the dedicated Microsoft Certification - Exams - Exam Registration and Scheduling - Scheduling with Pearson Vue forum over here:
    https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/mcp_exams-mcp_exam-mcp_pearson

If you are attempting to schedule or have scheduled an exam with PearsonVue, you can contact their support over here:

By any chance, did you use a company account?
Try logging in again with your personal email account.
I used to do the company mail, but it didn't work, so I created a new Microsoft account through personal mail.
