Regarding rescheduling the exam

I m asking and trying to connect with the support team of Microsoft as i had given exam yesterday but i wasnt able to start the exam as i had given system check exam before start of the exam at that time it worked properly but at the exam time it wasnt started and the team is saying that we were informed you that you didi not accept the non disclosure agreement before it timed out.. that is fine but what if exam is still not started after giving system check and i had given alot of Microsoft exams before so at that time it didn’t happen so i connected at the same time with support team i asked them should i try they said yes u can try.. so i tried.. please try to reschedule my exam…
