AZ 900 exam discount

Question

I participated in the Microsoft Training Day event and got a discount. I wrote to PEARSON VUE to change the form of the exam from online to in-person. I got information that I should cancel the exam, the discount would return to my account and register again with the discount. However, now there is no discount on the account. Please clarify.
