ActiveSync exchange account at Outlook Microsoft 365
- updating seen to each folder downloaded , see attaching ,
- just none Emails in no folders after its time processed ?

Do you mean you setup the account with Exchange ActiveSync?
Exchange ActiveSync is used for mobile devices, and Outlook for windows doesn't support to use EAS to connect Exchange. In general, we suggest to setup your account with Autodiscover.
For your reference:
Exchange ActiveSync in Exchange Online,
Outlook doesn't support connections to Exchange by using ActiveSync and error: Log onto Exchange ActiveSync mail server (EAS).
