Hi,
Just connected my domain with my email and after that, upon logging in MFA is already required. How can I access the MFA configuration if I haven't logged in yet? Help, please.

Actually, No. I think some users in our organization registered using the domain and acquired a Microsoft family subscription. Since we are planning to migrate the accounts from Google Workspace, we tried the Business Premium and connected the domain to my work account and this happened.
If there are other users in the tenant as you have said, you need to contact the Administrator of the tenant to help reset your authentication method. This is if you have set up your authentication method in the past.
If not, then the prompt might be for you to complete the authentication registration process.
I haven't set up any authentication method since I just tried the trial for Business Premium and connected the domain. Basically, I am the admin since I was the only one registered in the business account.
If you haven't registered an authentication method, then you shouldn't be prompted to put in a code. To further assist, kindly a screenshot of the error you are facing. Its important to remove any sensitive information before sharing.
My only concern is I can't log in due to the MFA which wasn't registered in the Microsoft Authenticator as a result I am not able to input the security numbers when I log in.
