How do I remove infringing images from Bing's search results pages?

None of the Microsoft forms that I have found, work for removing infringing images from Bing's search results. They are only if they are on your site and you want them removed from search results. What if they are NOT on your site nor ever have been, but they are on someone else's site and is violating the authorized owner's copyrights?

    @Danica Fogarty Bing provides a tool to submit a request for infringed images/material. An online form is available for submitting all infringement claims. Please try submitting a request for the images or material you see as infringement so that our team can review them as appropriate.
