Credentials missing in Learn Profile

Question

Hi,

I did certification exam couple of days back and got congratulations email notification. I was trying to share it with my employer but my learn profile is not showing up the credentials. I had a different profile in which I could see my old certifications but the new profile don't have my current certification.

FYI -I registered the PearsonVue using the new email address.
