Old phone number not accessible, cannot access the admin page.

Good afternoon,

A customer of ours: "Redra Auto Speziale" has an exchange account info@.

This also includes a two-step auth with an old telephone number that is no longer in use.

I really have no way to contact you, I keep getting into a loop by phone that eventually disconnects.

Do you know a trick for this or an email address I can email to?

You have to contat your admin to reset your MFA registration.

If you are the admin and you don't have a break glass account , in this case you have to contact Microsoft support;:

We are the admin account, only it was used with an old phone number. I will try to contact them by phone. Thanks.
