Hello,

I had my Authenticator running in my old mobile device for an azure login through which the MFA was setup. Recently I lost this device now I have the Authenticator setup in the new device but even though I know the username and password for this account and added it to the Authenticator in the new mobile device I don’t get the MFA in this new device whenever I login.

Any idea how to redirect the MFA to this new device ?

    Hi @Nishanth

If it's not possible to use a backup to restore Authenticator configuration on your new phone , unfortunately , the only solution is to ask your administrator to reset your MFA registration for your Azure account. For other sites you have to use recovery process for each site in case of lost of your phone.
