SMTP host is rejecting the email from wordpress

Hello 

 

Please i need your help on this issue. 

 

Our SMTP host is rejecting the email from wordpress. 

 

Here is then screenshot of the error message:

    Is SMTP AUTH enabled on the mailbox you are using or organization-wide?

    I would configure such a scenario completely differently, but first I need some information from you:

    1. Is your Wordpress instance running on a dedicated web server or shared with other customers?
    2. If I see correctly in the logs, your system is in the private network. Do you have a public static IP address on your internet connection? That means, whether your WordPress server can send from a static IP to Exchange Online?
    3. Do you have the ability to configure your domain's public DNS records?
