Domain records are setup over the DNS server but not reflecting.

There is a Custom domain host over Azure AD. DKIM records are already setup but not reflecting through the domain records checker side also we enable DKIM record of domain through M365 tenant.
Also, after multiple attempts rotating Dkim record it on pending.
Kindly provide me assistance in it.

Can you please elaborate your environment?
- Are you hosting your DNS Zone in Azure? See : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/dns/dns-delegate-domain-azure-dns
- Or you are using a third party/Registrar to host the domain and in the domain, you just have added a custom domain to Azure Entra (AAD)
